BlueTickets User Agreement

Effective date: 27 November 2025

Service provider: Ingenious Dynamics LLC-FZCO (BlueTickets) — Premises No. 42712-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. TRN 104258416700003.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of BlueTickets, a ticketing platform operated by Ingenious Dynamics LLC-FZCO. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or accessing our documentation you accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use BlueTickets.

2. Account Creation and Invitations

  • Only humans aged 16+ may hold an account. Organization admins are responsible for inviting colleagues and managing their roles (Admin or Agent).
  • When you accept an invitation you confirm that the inviter is authorised to bind your employer or client.
  • You must keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.

3. Service Description

  • BlueTickets provides shared inbox features, API access, ticket routing, and email integrations suitable for small teams.
  • We may add or remove features with prior notice when changes have a material impact. Legacy versions are not maintained.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. Do not probe or disrupt our infrastructure.
  • Respect privacy laws when forwarding email or uploading attachments. Obtain consent before adding third-party data.
  • Use the API within documented rate limits and do not share keys publicly.

5. Subscription, Trials, and Billing

New organizations receive a 30-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial, paid plans and billing cycles are governed by the pricing page or a separate order form.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may suspend accounts with overdue invoices after reasonable notice.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where required by EU/UK law, we act as a data processor for ticket content and a controller for account data.

Upon request we will sign a Data Processing Agreement and provide the list of sub-processors. Each organization admin is responsible for configuring lawful email forwarding and retention settings.

7. Intellectual Property

BlueTickets, including its UI, APIs, and documentation, is owned by Ingenious Dynamics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while this Agreement is in force.

You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

8. Confidentiality

We treat customer data as confidential and use it only to provide the service, comply with law, or prevent harm. You must protect any non-public information you learn about BlueTickets, including security features and pricing details.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your organization at any time via the settings page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement or non-payment.

Upon termination we retain data for up to 30 days for export purposes unless legally required to keep it longer.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • BlueTickets is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, except where mandatory local law grants you additional rights.
